Family Dog Brings Home Surprise For Owners

Sometimes dogs bring home random things they come across on their journeys. This dog, however, may have left his owner a little too surprised.

A Mississippi family was caught off guard, when their dog came home with more than just a bone or toy. The dog returned home with a big bag a marijuana. At first, the owners thought it was a bag of garbage. Once they investigated, they found that the bag contained a leafy substance, that smelled like marijuana.

The owners contacted the authorities immediately, to investigate the unusual incident. Police say they recovered roughly one pound of marijuana, reported by CBS 6. Where the dog found the bag is unknown.
