David Bowie Celebrates His Birthday with a New Album
Happy birthday to David Bowie. He turns 69 years old today. How does somebody like David Bowie celebrate? By releasing a new album, of course. The new album is called Blackstar and it is Bowie's 25th studio album. Bowie fans have been waiting for this day for a while, and hopefully we will not be disappointed.
Also in stores today, a Tommy Bolin box set called The Ultimate: Redux and a reissue from The Law featuring Bad Company's Paul Rogers and Kenney Jones from The Faces and The Who.
It looks like this is going to be a good month for new album releases with reissues from Rush, Phil Collins, and Black Sabbath. Plus a studio collection from Eric Clapton, a double album rock opera from Dream Theater, new albums from Tedeschi Trucks Band, Megadeth, and Paul Carrick, and a whole lot more. Here are today's releases.
