Today is No Bra Day, when women are encouraged to let it all hang out... for a good cause.

If you've been on social media today you've probably seen the hashtag #NoBraDay. Proponents claim that by not wearing a bra, women can help spread awareness for breast cancer. Some, however, are suspicious of the actual motives.

As of the writing of this article, we were hard-pressed to find any actual breast cancer charities that were officially endorsing No Bra Day. And, unlike the Ice Bucket Challenge or other viral attempts at spreading awareness, there doesn't seem to be a fundraising angle to this movement.

Nevertheless, many are participating by snapping photos of themselves braless and posting them to Twitter and Instagram. Although, Instagram users may want to note that topless photos will get you banned, so you may want to be strategic on how you compose those photos.

So what do you think? Will you be participating in No Bra Day or do you think it's just a boobie trap set by guys hoping to entice women to post topless photos?
