The ZZ Top/Gregg Allman show scheduled for Times Union Center in Albany on Aug. 24 has been canceled due to Gregg Allman battling serious health issues. Refunds available at point of purchase.

ZZ Top formed out of Houston, Texas in 1969 with lead singer and guitarist Billy Gibbons, bassist Dusty Hill and drummer Frank Beard. The band released their debut album in 1971 and has had the same lineup for over 45 years. They have sold over 50 million albums worldwide. ZZ Top were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004 and their most commercially successful release was 1983’s Eliminator which has gone 10 times platinum. I was hoping to see ZZ Top again as I've seen them many times over the years and they always put on a great show. Disappointing, but ones health is more important and we wish Gregg Allman a speedy recovery.

Tickets purchased for the Albany show via ticketmaster will automatically refunded and posted to your account. Tickets purchased in person at the Times Union Center box office can be refunded in person via original payment method.
