Woman Found Pushing Dead 3-Year Old Son in Swing

A Maryland woman was found pushing her dead toddler at a park early Friday morning. 

Sheriff's found the unidentified woman and her dead 3-year old son in the park Friday, after receiving a call to check the welfare of the woman and child.

Police said the woman was there for hours, or even was there from the day before.

The Officers could tell right away that the child was dead, as reported by CBS. the boy's body showed no signs of trauma. The boy's body was taken to a medical examiner for an autopsy, and the mother was taken to a hospital for a medical  examination.

A spokesman for the sheriff's office said:

There were no obvious signs of foul play, but it has not been ruled out. It's a very sad and tragic situation for the mother, her family, the officers. All of us want answers. We're working very hard on that.
