Robert Downey Jr. gave a 7-year old boy named Alex a real "Iron Man" bionic arm.

Downey Jr. worked in conjunction with Microsoft One Note‘s #CollectiveProject and Albert Manero, a Fulbright scholar and mechanical engineer whose organization Limbitless Solutions helps provide 3D-printed prosthetics to people around the world, as reported by Time.

The arm cost about $350 in materials to make. Here is the video of Downey Jr presenting the arm to Alex:
