Nicole Addimando, a 2007 graduate of FD Roosevelt High School in Hyde Park, has been charged with murdering her boyfriend in their Town of Poughkeepsie apartment on Thursday morning.

The 29-year-old flagged down a Town of Poughkeepsie patrol officer at 2:16 AM and advised the officer that she had been involved in an "incident" with her boyfriend, 30-year-old Christopher Grover at the apartment located at 106 Van Wagner Road. Responding officers entered the apartment and discovered Grover's body with a fatal gunshot wound.

The preliminary investigation resulted in Addimando being charged with second-degree murder. The suspect was arraigned in Town of Poughkeepsie Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.

The defendant is due to reappear in court on October 2nd at 11:00 AM. Town of Poughkeepsie Police are asking that anyone with information pertaining to Grover's death to call the Town of Poughkeepsie PD Detective Division at 845-485-3670.
