Police Say Local Man Had Sex With Unconscious Woman
A Dutchess County man was charged with rape and sexual abuse. Police allege the man had sex with an unconscious woman.
New York State Police in Rhinebeck arrested Christopher Talbot, 23, of Pine Plains with rape in the 1st degree, a class B felony and sexual abuse 1st degree, a Class D felony.
A police investigation revealed that Talbot performed a sexual act and had intercourse with an unconscious Connecticut woman. The alleged incident occurred while the woman was at Talbot’s residence sometime in the past month.
Talbot was arraigned in the Town of LaGrange Justice Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
He is due to reappear before the Town of Pine Plain Court on November 30, 2015.
