Police: Man Used McDonald’s McChicken As Weapon

Marvin Tramaine Hill II, 21, was arrested for using a McDonald's McChicken sandwich as a weapon against his pregnant wife.

Hill, admitted to police that he threw the sandwich at his wife because "he doesn't like them". He was arrested for domestic assault and taken to Polk County Jail.

Hill told police that his wife woke him up around 1pm and had the sandwich in hand. He became angry and threw the sandwich at her, then picked up the bun and threw it at her again.

He said that his wife was the one who assaulted him. When she went into the bathroom to clean herself up, he followed her and began filming her on his phone. He showed the video to police, and they saw her hit the phone out of his hands.

His wife, who had mayo on her clothes and face when they located her, said that Hill had forcefully smashed the bun into her face.

Police did note that the woman's nose was swollen, and believe that he was trying to entice her while taking the video for her to appear aggressive.

Hill remains in custody.
