PD: Hudson Valley Man Raped Child in New York ‘Multiple’ Times
A Dutchess County man is accused of raping a child in the Hudson Valley on "multiple occasions."
On Thursday, New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks arrested 21-year-old Zachuriah McBride of Red Hook after receiving a law enforcement tip of possible sexual assault, officials say.
McBride was charged with 2 counts of second-degree rape and one count of second-degree criminal sex act, all class D felonies.
"The investigation determined McBride raped a victim under the age of fifteen-years-old on multiple occasions," New York State Police stated in a press release. "The victim was familiar to him."

McBride was arraigned before the town of Red Hook Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail, $50,000 bond or $100,000 partially secure bond.
