Adam Rupeka has become quite a nuisance, especially for police. Now, the 36 year-old Troy man, who seems to have it out for almost all law enforcement, has been arrested after crashing a drone into the New York State Capitol building in Albany.

CBS Albany reports that Rupeka was flying the drone on September 17, when it crashed into one of the chimneys on the building, and landed on the roof. Following a criminal summons, Rupeka appeared in Albany City Court on Wednesday morning. He was arraigned on Reckless Endangerment charges and released under the supervision of the Albany County Probation Department.

Rupeka has clashed with law enforcement on many occasions, as documented on his website and YouTube channel. His most infamous run-in was on May 16, when Rupeka can be seen giving an officer the middle finger from his car in Saratoga Springs, NY. Officer Nathan Baker pulled him over and shot pepper spray in his face when he did not get out of his car.

Rupeka also clashed with police and corrections officers outside the Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, after flying a drone above the prison.

The video shows a man in uniform demanding identification from Rupeka, who refuses to provide it while videotaping the encounter. Rupeka alleges the officer used unwarranted force in an attempt to knock the cell phone out of his hand.
