New Frog Species Discovered…Looks Oddly Familiar

A new species of frog has been discovered in Costa Rica, and it looks like Kermit! 

The frog is lime green, and translucent, meaning you can see into it's body.

It sure resembles our favorite muppet. It has the big eyes, and the coloring is spot on.

The Frog, which has been named Hyalinobatrachium dianae, is a very delicate species.  Scientists say that in some ways, the frog is more like an insect because of its call, as reported by FOX 13.
