My Lost Treasure: Simon and Garfunkel

This time around, we are working on the theme of songs with rock or rock and roll in the title on My Lost Treasure.  Today we are going way back to the early days of Simon and Garfunkel.

It always amazes me when I listen to old songs by Simon and Garfunkel how deep the lyrics are.  I mean, Paul Simon was only in his 20s when he wrote some of these songs that sound like they were written by an old soul who has lived long enough to be jaded by life.  Today is one of those songs.  Jaded, a little sad, but so good.

I really appreciate all the ideas and requests you send me for My Lost treasure.  Keep them coming.  We already have a whole bunch for this current theme, but I welcome even more.  And if you have ideas for future themes, I will take them, too.  Have a great weekend.
