My Lost Treasure: R.E.M.

We are playing a week of "end" songs on My Lost Treasure, as 2017 comes to an end. I don't play R.E.M. very often on this feature, but I'm not sure why. I'm a fan. I especially like really early R.E.M.

I remember in the early 80s, the first time I was working here at WPDH, when R.E.M. released their Reckoning album. That was a great album and (Don't Go Back To) Rockville became my favorite song. It's still my favorite R.E.M. song. But it doesn't fit the theme, so we're sticking with It's The End Of The World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine). Not quite as old, but still vintage R.E.M.

We are only doing this theme until New Years Eve. Then we are going to kick off a brand new theme inspired by The Letter Game from The Boris and Robyn Show. Here's how it works...
