My Lost Treasure: Jethro Tull

The theme we are working on right now on My Lost Treasure is songs with rock or rock and roll in the title.  I have to admit, I almost forgot about this one, but I was reminded by Charlie on facebook.  Charlie is one of the biggest Jethro Tull fans ever.  Thanks, Charlie, it's a good one.

I was lucky enough to meet Ian Anderson and Marin Barre from Jethro Tull right here at the radio station several years ago when they were doing a show at the Mid Hudson Civic Center in Poughkeepsie.  They actually did a little private acoustic show for us in the studio.  And they signed a cd for me.  It was a pretty great day.

I am so glad Charlie suggested this song for My Lost Treasure.  If you have an idea for a song that I have not gotten to, let me know.  I probably just forgot about it.  I will also take suggestions for Lost Treasure themes.  Thanks for the help.
