My Lost Treasure: Chuck Berry

The theme is songs with rock and rock and roll in the title.  Today is the perfect song, I just had to decide which version to play.  Okay, I have mad my decision.

The song has been widely covered.  The Beach Boys did a great version.  The Beatles also did a great version of today's song.  But in the end I decided to go with the original.  This song was written and recorded by Chuck Berry.  Chuck Berry was a huge influence on so many of today's rock artists.  Just watch Keith Richards play guitar, and you'll see.  Chuck Berry is no angel, but he certainly has made a respected name for himself when it comes to the music industry.
