Man Caught With Pants Down Charged With Drug Possession, Police Say

Next time you have to pee, find a bathroom.

When you gotta go, you gotta go I guess. However, if you happen to be in possession of drugs, maybe try to find a restroom.

Unfortunately, Douglas G. Degraff, 27 of Wallkill, NY did not find a restroom, and decided to let it flow while out in public.

New Paltz Police Officers were out on foot patrol and observed DeGraff urinating in public view in a public parking lot.

Degraff was taken into custody for the violation of Disorderly Conduct. While being taken into custody, DeGraff was found to be in possession of cocaine.

DeGraff was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance fifth degree, a felony.

He was processed and arraigned in the New Paltz Town Court and is due back in court at a later date.
