A surprisingly adorable Christmas market was found off the beaten path in the Hudson Valley.

I was driving around the Hudson Valley the other day and stumbled across something pretty cool. It all started when I was stuck in traffic, normally I'd get pretty frustrated, but I tried to just relax and take the back way (the way off of the highway) home. I exited the highway near the Carmel Hamlet and started taking Route 52 home.

I looked to my right and saw one of the cutest places.

What hidden Christmas Market was Discovered in the Hudson Valley?

So I'm going to be honest, it was VERY hard to see the name. However, there was a sign that said Grand Opening so it must be new, and again, it's easy to find if you're traveling on 52. It did sneak up on me and even though it's on a busy road it can be missed if you aren't paying attention.

It reminded me of one of those old-fashioned markets that you'd find on the Hallmark Channel and it would be in one of their holiday movies. You know...the part of the movie where a cute girl returns home, checks out the cute market, and runs into her old boyfriend from high school, and then they fall hopelessly back in love.

I'm not the biggest Christmas fan, but I even did a double-take when I saw it and wanted to go in and check it out. Unfortunately, I was heading to work so I did not get the chance to go in, but I may take a quick drive later in the week to see it.

It was really nice to stumble across this place and it looks like it has a lot of charm and character. If you have a chance to check it out, let us know what it's like on the station app.
