In Touch: This Week Featuring Anderson Center For Autism
Each week on In Touch, our locally produced public affairs program, I have the pleasure of talking with individuals and organizations from all over the Hudson Valley. We focus on non-profit organizations and volunteers who are working hard to help make all of our communities better places to live, work, and raise our families.
This week, I spoke with Chrissy Wolcott, a member of the Development Team at Anderson Center for Autism. Since April is Autism Awareness month, it seemed like the perfect time to get caught up with all that has been going on at this important organization here in the Hudson Valley.
We spoke about the latest statistics about Autism, training and consulting work that they do at Anderson, as well as their Autism Supporting environment. They always take the next step to help an individual or a family as they navigate their way through the world on the Autism Spectrum. It was a powerful interview and I learned a lot.
I hope you do as well.
