A new comic book will be released this weekend featuring some familiar Hudson Valley faces.

Seeing your face in print is something pretty exciting. Your face in a comic book? Well, that's just incredible.

Copies of the Boris & Robyn Show's very first comic book rolled off the presses this week, and we've got your sneak peek right here. In an Instagram from today you can see the cover image from the comic that will be available exclusively at the Hudson Valley Comic Con this weekend.

The book is a collaboration with the WPDH listeners, who were asked to help come up with ideas for a plot and storyline. In the first of a series of comics we're introduced to Boris and Robyn, real-life morning radio personalities who are in the middle of an average show. The morning turns out to be anything but ordinary after their producer, Meat Sandwich, winds up head-to-head with a truck hauling toxic waste.

Without spoiling the story, we can say that the morning duo faces a tough challenge as they see their co-worker transformed into something they could never have imagined. Other familiar faces (or voices) from The Boris & Robyn Show are also featured in the comic, playing an important role in telling this terrifying, and sometimes pretty funny, tale.

To get your limited-edition copy of "Boris & Robyn's Morning Morning of Mayhem" just drop by the WPDH tent at Hudson Valley Comic Con this weekend. There is a suggested donation of $2 that will go directly to one of our favorite charities, Alex's Lemonade Stand. Members of the show will also be on hand throughout the weekend signing copies.
