Governor Andrew Cuomo was flying on his way back to New York City from Albany when his helicopter had make an emergency landing Wednesday.

The NY Daily News is saying that the chopper filled with fumes and was forced to land at Stewart Airport in Newburgh at around 4:00 p.m.

No one aboard was injured.

Governor Cuomo had been in Albany giving his last sixth and last regional State of the State address Wednesday afternoon.

An investigation is pending. Spokesman James Allen said:

The governor and two aides were on board, along with security and the pilot. No one was injured and everyone has been safely transported back to the city

The Governor might want to invest in a new chopper.
