Police say a Dover Plains man was arrested for operating a two-wheeled motor vehicle while intoxicated. Officials say it’s his 4th alcohol related driving offense.

On Tuesday around 10:00 a.m., Marvin Odom of Dover Plains was stopped for operating a two-wheeled motor vehicle without a helmet. State Police allege Odom was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Odom was given a felony DWI after a background check revealed three previous convictions for alcohol related operation of a motor vehicle.

Odom was arraigned in the Town of Dover Court. He was remanded to Dutchess County Jail on $15,000 cash bail or $25,000 bond. He is scheduled to re-appear in court on May 9.
