Culinary Institute of America Graduate Takes on ‘Cake Wars’

Jenni Richmond, owner of JenniCakes, will be featured on a episode of 'Cake Wars' on the Food Network. 

Richmond attended the Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, NY. She earned her degree in baking and pastry arts. She used her education to open her own in business, 'JenniCakes' in Toms River, NJ.

Reported by App.com. Richmond's road to the Food Network started with "Cupcake Wars", but the show ended as she was trying to apply. However "Cake Wars" came to the rescue.
