If you're skeptical about the existence of ghosts, this proof uncovered in the Hudson Valley may change your mind.

This week copies of a video started to appear on social media. The footage has some convinced that an actual ghost was sighted right here in the Hudson Valley.

The video is actually two years old and was first published to YouTube by "Ghost Hunters" in 2015. When slowed down, the photographer claims you can see a ghostly image walking across the courtyard of the guest house located in New Paltz.

The video was allegedly shot at the Hungry Ghost Guest House on Cragswood Road in New Paltz. We're not sure if the guest house was named for the ghost in the video or not, but interestingly enough, the bed and breakfast complex has no mention of ghost sightings anywhere on their website or Facebook page.

We thought the video might be some sort of viral marketing campaign, but from what we've seen, there seems to be no real effort by the owners to advertise the inn as a ghost hunting retreat.

So what do you think? Does this video change your mind about the existence of ghosts? Let us know your thoughts on our Facebook page or in the comments section below.
