Bruce Springsteen Writes Tardy Note For 4th Grader

A fourth grade student got pretty much the best souvenir from Bruce Springsteen after one of his concerts. 

Xabi Glovsky, 9, attended a Bruce Springsteen concert earlier this week in Los Angeles. Of course, in true Bruce Springsteen fashion, it was a marathon show that lasted three-and half-hours.

After the show, Xabi approached "The Boss" with a sign that read "Bruce, I will be late for school tomorrow. Please sign my note :)". Bruce Springsteen gave the boy something he'll never forget. He wrote a tardy note which read:

Dear Ms. Jackson,

Xabi has been out very late rocking and rolling. Please excuse him if he is tardy!
