Bill Cosby’s Lawyer Fires Back Against Sexual Assault Suit

Bill Cosby's lawyer has come out firing in regards to the sexual assault lawsuit file against Cosby earlier this week.

Cosby is counter suing the woman who claims that he sexually assaulted her when she was 15 years old, claiming that she tried to extort money from him.

His counter-suit claims that Judith Huth's lawyer tried to demand $250,000 to get her to stop filing claims.

The suit also claims that she tried to sell her to a newspaper 10 years ago.

Huth alleges that Cosby gave her alcohol and forced her to perform a sexual act on him back in 1974 while at the Playboy mansion.

She is also claiming "psychological damage and mental anguish" which has only recently been linked to the incident, which extends the statute of limitations.

Cosby is $33,000 for legal fees. The court documents also insist that that allegations are false.
