No, it's not the plot for "Indiana Jones 5." This insane car chase actually happened in Upstate New York.

During the chase Jones reached speeds of 100 miles per hour.

According to the Daily Freeman a 21-year-old, who's legal name is Indiana Z. Jones, led police on a high-speed chase through the Finger Lakes region on Sunday. Jones, who's from a small town near Rochester, was stopped by authorities for a traffic infraction when he allegedly decided to take off.

During the chase police say Jones reached speeds of 100 miles per hour. The pursuit lasted for several miles, with his route most likely depicted by an animated red line zipping across a map of upstate New York. Police did not attempt to use blow darts or a giant bolder to stop the suspect. Instead, spike strips did the trick, puncturing Jones' tires and stopping him dead in his tracks.

Indiana Z. Jones was arrested and charged with fleeing police, speeding and having an unregistered, uninsured and uninspected vehicle. He was bailed out for $1,000. There's not report as to whether he posted bail with cash or an ancient artifact.
