Are you lucky enough to know a senior citizen, or a group of senior citizens, who make a real difference in your community? Maybe they volunteer for several organizations, serve on boards, or are well-known in your community to always lends a helping hand or simply get things done.

There are many senior citizens throughout the Hudson Valley who are doing this and more. In fact, they put folks a lot younger than themselves to shame with all they do for others. If you know someone like this, then the Dutchess County Office For the Aging wants to know about them too. They just might end up being honored at the annual Celebration Aging event in May at Villa Borghese in Wappingers Falls.
