Police: Toddler Slammed To Death in Mimicked Wrestling Move

Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania - A man said he was mimicking a wrestling move when slammed his girlfriend's toddler to the floor, causing head injuries that killed the boy. 

Brandon Hoffman, 20, was arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter, endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated assault and among others in the death of 18-month-old Bryson Shoemaker, as reported by AP.

The man was performing a wrestling move by The Undertaker known as "The Last Ride", and had intended for the boy to land on the bed.

Hoffman told authorities he tried to perform CPR, and took the boy to the hospital, instead of calling 911, for fear of getting in trouble. Hospital staff told police the boy could have had a broken neck and collapsed lung.

He was looking after the Bryson while the boy's mother was working.
