My Lost Treasure: Linda Ronstadt

The theme right now here on My Lost Treasure is the Negative Ns.  No, none, nobody, nowhere, not, never.  Songs like that.  The one I picked out for today brings back so many memories for me.

Growing up, I remember listening to Linda Ronstadt.  She had a voice like an angel, and all the guys loved her because she was adorable.  She hung with that cool California crowd, did back up vocals for some of my favorite musicians, and was an amazing solo artist.  And this song was the best to sing a long to.  Later in life, I learned that Van Halen actually covered this song on one of their albums, but I did not hear it until I was an adult. Like in the last ten years, believe it or not.  But it's Linda's version that keeps those memories flooding back, so that's the one I'm going with.
