Well, who knew that an eggnog chugging contest could end with somebody going to the hospital.

That's exactly what happened to this Utah man who won his office's eggnog chugging contest. He developed an infection. He chugged the eggnog down in 12 seconds, and won himself a gift card to a steakhouse. But it would cost more much more than that...

Shortly after winning, Ryan Roche, 32 began to have trouble breathing, and began coughing and feeling nauseous. He ended up spending 3 days in the hospital. Doctor's discovered that the liquid in his lungs caused an infection.

He has made a recovery, and is going to stick to beer chugging from now on.
