We can spend time in upstate New York and the Hudson Valley area and also be in one of the greatest cities of the world, New York City within a few hours.

There’s a museum in upstate New York that shows how incredible this state is. This features fascinating exhibits that highlight the culture, history and natural beauty of New York state.

The New York State Museum is located in Albany, NY which happens to be the capital of New York. This first was established in the 1830s and later opened their doors in 1845.

The New York State Museum is known for being, 

“The oldest and largest state museum in the country.”

When Can We Visit The New York State Museum?

The New York State Museum has free admission! We can visit Tuesday through Sunday from 9:30am-5pm. They are closed on holidays.
