‘Hudson Valley’s Premier Restaurant, Bar’ Opening Waterfront Location
A very popular and award-winning Hudson Valley restaurant and bar is opening a new waterfront location. We got a sneak peek of the menu and location.
The people behind Heritage Food + Drink in Wappinger Falls are almost ready to open a new restaurant on the Newburgh waterfront.
"The Hudson Valley's premier restaurant, bar and event space," Heritage Food + Drink writes on Facebook. "(The) Farm-To-Table Restaurant in Wappingers Falls, NY bringing a delicious and unique experience to the Hudson Valley."
In June, Heritage Food + Drink announced plans to open Primo Waterfront a new Italian seafood eatery located at 50 Front Street in Newburgh.
"The space is being custom built from the ground up and will feature 180 waterfront dining seats, 60 seats inside, a 25 person private dining room and two bars (one inside, one outside)," Heritage Food + Drink wrote about Primo Waterfront.
Hudson Valley residents have anxiously waiting for an opening date.

"We are about 3 weeks from opening," a Primo Waterfront spokesperson told Hudson Valley Post.
While an official opening date has yet to be set, on Thursday a spokesperson from Primo confirmed to us the opening is about three weeks away.
"Primo, simply put, is a celebration of coastal Italian cuisine in the heart of the Hudson Valley. We hope you’ll come and be a part of what we are – a place to enjoy life with what we know best – insanely delicious food and drink. The space is light and airy from the inside out, featuring an open kitchen concept, large openings in the main dining room, exposed walnut beams, a wall of windows & a 25 seat private dining room," Primo Waterfront states.
