Police are hoping for help as they continue to investigate a robbery at a Dutchess County Dollar Tree.

On Thursday around 9 p.m., an unidentified man entered the Dollar Tree, located in the Shop-Rite Plaza at on Route 9 in the Village of Fishkill. The unknown man displayed a weapon and demanded money, police say.

The man allegedly was given an undetermined amount of cash and two cell phones. He then fled the store in an unknown direction and unidentified vehicle.

The suspect is described as a 5-foot, 9-inches tall, 180 to 200 pound white male with short white hair. He was last seen wearing blue or dark colored pants, a navy blue pull over shirt and a black or blue jacket.
