Jets Get Embarrassed by Kansas City 24-3
The New York Jets faced an embarrassing loss Sunday as the fell to the Kansas City Chiefs 24-3.
Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick had a game he'd rather forget about, as he threw six interceptions. Yes, SIX.
Wow. Too bad, especially considering he was coming off such a good second week performance.
During the second quarter, the Jets' Jalin Marshall fumbled during a kickoff only to have Chiefs' Anthony Sherman recover the loose ball and run it back for touchdown.
The final nail in the coffin was during the fourth quarter when the Chiefs' Derrick Johnson intercepted a Fitzpatrick pass and returned from Kansas City's 45 yard line for a touchdown.
The Jets fall to 1-2.
They'll face the Seattle Seahawks next Sunday at 1 p.m.
Better luck for Gang Green next Sunday.
