WPDH Soundcheck: Joe Cocker Rocks The Chance

Woodstock legend Joe Cocker made a visit to The Chance in Poughkeepsie on August 1st, 1982 and you'll hear selections from that performance, plus RUSH in San Diego and Cheap Trick in Illinois on the WPDH Soundcheck, Sunday night at 10pm on 101.5 WPDH.

Joe Cocker performed 16 songs that night in Poughkeepsie doing covers of The Beatles, Billy Preston, Traffic, Procol Harum, and much more.  Rush made a stop at the San Diego Sports Arena on their "Hold Your Fire" tour in 1988 and you'll hear a couple from that show plus Cheap Trick in their home state of Illinois.  Cheap Trick will be in our area playing with Poison at Bethel Woods on Friday June 22nd.
