Putnam County health officials are warning residents about a cat that has tested positive for rabies.

A woman from Beacon, New York has been arrested after she allegedly stole over $100 worth of merchandise from a popular sporting goods store by hiding it in a baby stroller.

The dog was found running loose on Route 52.
