Coming into Los Angeles

The theme is till places.  Cities, towns, countries, etc.  Today is also 4/20, a special number for lovers and fans of marijuana.  Pot heads.  So I figured I would pick a song that cover both the theme and the day. I think I have got the perfect choice...
