Saratoga, NY Deputy Suspended After Video Of Him Slapping A Man Who Refuses Unwarranted Search Goes Viral [Watch]

Saratoga County Deputy Shawn Glans had no idea he was being recorded, as he was demonstrating his big bad cop routine.

The Deputy wanted to perform a search of Colin Firth's Vehicle. Firth had a rifle on the back seat that he had purchased earlier that day.

Firth would not give the deputies permission to search his car, and requested that they obtain a search warrant in order to do so.

This did not please the tuff guy cop, and Deputy Glans verbally abused the young man, and even struck him in the back of his head.
