DJs Brave Handsome Devil’s Diablo Wings

Handsome Devil stopped by Townsquare Media of the Hudson Valley on Monday with samples of the wings they'll be bringing to the Mid-Hudson Civic Center on Saturday for Wing Wars.

DJs from Townsquare Media of the Hudson Valley are taste testing wings in advance of Wing Wars for a special DJ’s Choice Award. Two restaurants are coming in each weekday in the lead-up to the event. The DJs are judging the wings on taste, tenderness and appearance.

WPDH’s Meat Sandwich, WRRV’s Deuce, The Wolf’s Jess and Mix 97.7’s Mark Bolger tried out a blackberry bourbon wing and a hot wing Handsome Devil named Diablo. The Diablo offering was a milder version of what Handsome Devil plans on serving on Wing Wars.

Judging by the DJs' reaction to the mild Diablo, you'll need to have a drink handy when you get your hands on these bad boys on Saturday.
