My Lost Treasure: Sonny and Cher

The current theme on My Lost Treasure is songs with babe or baby in the title.  Even though a lot of people will think today's pick is kind of hokey, I couldn't do this theme without including this song.

It may be a little hokey, but it is part of my childhood.  It is part of a lot of listener's childhoods.  And it really is a pretty good song.  I must admit, I still turn up the volume when I hear it.  And I happily sing along.  Are you old enough to remember when Sonny and Cher had their own variety show on television.  I am, and I am pretty sure I enjoyed it.
