My Lost Treasure: Pink Floyd

It's an animals theme on My Lost Treasure.  Pink Floyd has been in the news lately because their beloved inflatable pig almost went up for auction.  They were able to stop it on time.  Whew.  The pig isn't going anywhere.

It did go somewhere when it was first made in the 70s.  It got loose, flew over London, and then crashed near Heathrow Airport.  It caused all kinds of traffic jams and even delayed flights.  The pig was made for the Animals album cover.  Today's song is from the Animals album.

As I sit here listening to the song, I'm remembering how much I love it.  It's one of my favorite pig songs.  I'll feature another one of my favorite pig songs tomorrow.  Happy Labor Day.
