Today is our final day of weather related songs, and we are going back in time for this one. You wouldn't now by the title that it is weather related, but the lyrics say it all.  In fact, the title sounds more like superstition, which also fits the theme we are kicking off tomorrow, which is Halloween type songs.  So it's also a good transition song.

Today's song is from 1966 and it was co written by the artist, Eddie Floyd, and Steve Cropper from Booker T. and the MGs and the Blues Brothers.  The song has been covered by a lot of great musicians including Eric Clapton and David Bowie.  Amii Stewart had a big disco hit with it in the late 1970s.  I have decided to go with the original today because it's just so damn good.

Tomorrow we kick off a week of Halloween type songs, and then we'll do a food and drink theme just in time for the upcoming holiday season.  Boris and I will talk to you on the air bright and early tomorrow morning.
