My Lost Treasure: David Bowie

Our theme is Halloween type songs, and today I am featuring one of my favorites.  I have always loved playing this song, but now that David Bowie isn't with us anymore, it seems even more special.  Not a Halloween went by that I did not get a request to play today's pick on the air.

I still miss David Bowie.  I know it has been nine months since he died, but I still can't believe it.  I remember how shocked I was when I came into work that morning and Boris told me that David Bowie had died.  I had no idea.  I did not even know that he was sick.  He had just celebrated his 69th birthday and released a new album.  How could this be possible?  It was not only possible, it was the sad truth.  And it was likely exactly how Bowie planned it.  What a class act right to the end.
