You might remember the live version of today's Lost Treasure from the Woodstock album.  So do I.  But I also remember it from my childhood guitar lessons.

My guitar teacher Mitch was only 5 or 6 years older than I was.  He played guitar really well, had long hair, and was ultra cool.  And sometimes he actually showed up for my lessons.  And sometimes it was even on the right night.  But usually he didn't show up, or if he did, it was a couple of days late.

I didn't learn much from Mitch...the opening of Sunshine of Your Love, maybe.  I do remember that he tried to teach me today's song, but not too successfully.  I still don't play guitar, but I've lived with a guitarist for the past 23 years...it's almost as good.
