My Lost Treasure: America

One more horse song and we'll be officially out of our transportation theme and totally into our animals theme.  I'm embarrassed to admit that when this song first came out, I thought it was Neil Young.  Only for a short time, though.  I don't think I'm the only one that thought that.

Of course it wasn't Neil, it was America.  And they went on to have tons of fans and lots of hit songs.  I actually got to introduce America on stage when they played in Bowdoin Park in Poughkeepsie.  I think it was 2005.  They put on such a great show.  And they were very nice and very humble.

Enjoy today's song, and thanks for all your suggestions for our transportation theme.  There were so many that the theme lasted almost all summer. Got any animal song suggestions?  Let me know.
