Beer Loaded With Brettanomyces

The Boris & Robyn Show spoke with Brad Karp from Goose Island Beer Company about Sofie, their Belgian Farmhouse Ale.

Sofie is a blended beer, with a percentage of the brew aged in old wine barrels. Not your average Saison, this beer has a bit more sourness to it, but is still very balanced. This light looking beer is thirst quenching and refreshing, but still very complex and flavorful.
