Another week, and another crazy lawsuit.

NBC News reports that a woman is suing the popular coffee chain over the amount of ice in their drinks. According to court documents, Stacy Pincus filed the class action lawsuit Northern Illinois Federal Court Wednesday. which is reportedly on behalf of any customer who has bought a drink at Starbucks within the past ten years.

The amount?

Five million dollars.

The suit claims that once the ice is removed from the scenario customers are getting only about half the amount of coffee that is listed on Starbucks' menus in fluid ounces.

"The word 'beverage' is defined as 'a drinkable liquid.' Ice is not a 'beverage' by definition. Accordingly, Starbucks actually gives the customer much less beverage in the cold drinks they order and pay for," the lawsuit says.

The suit also accuses Starbucks switching to larger cups so that they could sell the amount of advertised liquid, along with ice.
