Warrant Wednesday: New York’s Most Wanted

It’s a new week and another round of outstanding warrants have been released by the New York State Police. But they can’t apprehend these individuals without our help. Here’s where you and I come in, the New York State Police post these warrants on their Facebook page and they ask that we please share the information.

While we highlight one individual every week, you can see all of this week’s outstanding warrants below.

New York State Police Troop C, Oneonta, are looking for 23-year-old Akil T. Wright for criminal contempt.  According to the New York State Police, Wright is wanted by the Laurens Town Court. The court issued a bench warrant for his arrest after Wright failed to appear in court to answer to violating an order of protection.
