Tig’s Metal Box: Ghost to Embark on Massive 2018 Fall Tour

This week we are talking about Swedish metal band Ghost hitting the road this Fall for a massive tour which will play The Palace in Albany Dec. 13.  Ghost theatrics are said to have been influenced by Kiss, David Bowie, and Alice Cooper but a band member said they are more influenced by Pink Floyd. The band’s sound has been described by a friend as Blue Oyster Cult meets King Diamond and Mercyful Fate. I've had the chance to see Ghost a few times over the years, including the band's last Capital Region area appearance which was last summer at the Palace in Albany and we're totally looking forward to their return. It's always great to watch these metal masters perform the ritual.
